In fact from the ‘Class of 2014’, the Titans have qualified for the semi-finals/playoffs in the league just twice – only Dabang Delhi has a lousy record of eight founding members.

One of the founding members of the Pro Kabaddi League in 2014, the Telugu Titans are the second least capable of the eight teams. With only two semifinal appearances, the Titans set the league on fire in the second and fourth seasons. Although they did not produce outcomes, the team became a household name thanks to Rahul Chaudhari, the highest scorer in the PKL history. In the 100 games he played for the Titans in six seasons, the Red Machine earned 876 points.

The Titans are owned by Veera Sports, a company co-owned by several industrialists from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh who have come together to promote kabaddi. Veera Sports is owned by Vaya Group of Mr Srinivas Sriramaneni, Greenco Group of Mr. Mahesh Kolli and NED Group of Mr. Gowtham Reddy Neduramalli.

Vaya and Greenko Group, co-owner of the team, are the main sponsors of the Telugu Titans. VATS, the Indian sports brand is the kit manufacturer for the Hyderabad team. Some of the Titans’ partners are Radio City 91.1 FM, My Hoardings and Events Now.
Coach of Telugu Titans
Telugu Titans are the only team with a non-Indian head coach in the Pro Kabaddi League. Iran’s Gholamreza Mazandarani will train the Titans for the upcoming season ahead. Despite being the only odd man out, Golmereza’s coaching resume was more impressive as he assisted the Iranian National team to the Gold at the 2018 Asian Games.
International former Iran also has previous coaching experience in the Pro Kabaddi League. In the sixth season, he coached U Mumba, finishing second in Zone A before losing to the first eliminator.
Home Stadium of Telugu Titans
The Titans are one of the few teams which have two stadiums in two different cities. At Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad is their primary home stadium. He has another stadium in Vizag, where he plays some of his matches in the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium.
